The plan is to sail for distant shores from July 3, 2022. There are currently several possible routes planned according to whether we are going to cruise for 3 years, 2 years or for 1 year, corresponding to the following plans: Plan A, Plan B or Plan C. We expect to go for Plan A or Plan B. The first part of the trip is identical for these two plans and the final choice will be made a year after departure when the ship is located north of Australia. We choose Plan A.
The routes reflect the length of time and take the annual variation of weather systems into account, as we want to avoid extreme weather.
Plan A: Three-year cruise around the world
The planned route:
Denmark, Kiel Canal, Europe, Gran Carnaria, Caribbean, Panama, French Polynesia, Tuamotu Atoll, Haiti, Fiji, Vanuatu, Darwin, Bali, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Mauritius, Madegaskar, South Africa, St. Helena, Caribbean, Bermuda, Azorene, Ireland, Scotland, Denmark.

Part 1: Denmark – Panama (North Sea, English Channel, Atlantic Ocean, Caribean Sea)
Part 2: Panama – Bali (Pacific Ocean, Coral Sea, Torres Strait, the Arafura Sea and the Java Sea)
Part 3: Bali – Maldives (Java Sea, Malacca Strait, Andaman Sea and the Indian Ocean)
Part 4: Maldives – South Africa (Indian Ocean, Mozambique Strait and into the South Atlantic)
Part 5: South Africa – Denmark (South Atlantic, Caribian, North Atlantic and the North Sea)

Plan B: Two-year sailing around the world
The planned route:
